It all started with a Halloween pumpkin. I roasted it, made my own purée, rolled out a homemade crust, and baked my very first pie. I fell in love, not only with the process, but with the joy of making food that brings people together. So, I started Trailer Park Pies, my home bakery passion project.

Whether you’re lookin’ for a sweet treat for yourself, bringing goodies to the office, or planning an event, my goal is to make every order feel homemade, because it is.

Love people. Eat pie.

Made to order baked goods from my tiny trailer home kitchen.

Wisconsin’s Cottage Food Laws

All of my baked goods are lovingly made in my trailer home kitchen, which is not allergen-free. While I do my best to keep things clean and organized, I use common ingredients like nuts, dairy, wheat, and eggs. If you have severe allergies or strong sensitivities, I kindly recommend not ordering for your safety.

Trailer Park Pies operates under Wisconsin's Cottage Food Law, which allows me to sell homemade, non-refrigerated baked goods directly to customers. This means my products are made in a private home that's not inspected by the state.

Because of this law, I am unable to produce items that require refrigeration. Although they don't require it, I recommend refrigerating certain products to extend freshness. Cookies, bagels, and muffins are shelf-stable and should stay fresh at room temperature for a few days if stored properly.

Thank you for your understanding and support!
